It has come to my attention that another series I like is being turned into a movie. Uglies by Scott Westerfeld has been optioned for a movie and although at this stage there is no new news about the project, I am eager to see how it will turn out. (To find out more follow this blog link.) I think Scott has approached this in a great way, by asking the fans what they want to see in the movie. Of course there are the basics like stay as close to the storyline as possible, but there are also requests for unknown actors and actress for the major roles of Tally, Shay, David, Zane-la and for the use of the special affects to look real. I think if they can pull it off while keeping to the story it would be an amazing movie. Perhaps I will make a cast video, and I will be sure to put it up here! Well thats all for this blog.
